Ingredients
- 350 g small boiled potatoes
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce, thoroughly washed
- 1 small ripe pear, lightly poached
- 3 tbsp lactose-free yogurt mixed with water
- 1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Prepare the base as described and allow it to become lukewarm.
- Cut the lamb’s lettuce, thoroughly washed into small pieces or steam gently.
- Whisk the mild dressing with the herbs until smooth.
- Toss everything lightly, season gently and serve fresh.
Why this recipe is gentle
The dressing skips vinegar and lemon in favor of a thinned lactose-free yogurt, and the pear is poached rather than raw. Serving everything lukewarm rather than cold keeps it easy on the stomach.

Tips
- Keep the salad portion small, or swap the leaves for steamed zucchini if raw greens bother you.
- Poach the pear lightly instead of using it raw.
- Serve lukewarm rather than straight from the fridge.
